I was actually surprised by the excellent service and friendly staff at Movenpick. Despite a few minor issues, the overall experience was positive. The welcome from the knowledgeable and friendly lady receptionist was really good, and she made sure everything was ready for our stay. We even received a room upgrade at a reasonable rate, a nice touch. The suite itself was beautifully furnished and had a fine bathroom.
